Hildebrandt Learning Centers (HLC) is a leader in developing and operating employer-related child care centers in Pennsylvania. The company began operations in 1991 with its first center at Lancaster Laboratories, a company regularly featured as a “Working Mother” top 100 companies for working women. Presently, HLC operates 35 employer-sponsored child care centers and 2 adult day care centers, and is a pioneer in the “intergenerational concept” of caring for both young and elderly in the same setting.

• Early Childhood education/childcare for ages 6 weeks through pre-school

• Services are available on a full-time and part-time basis
