Jackie Bareuther
Employed as Dean of Student Affairs at the Lancaster Campus of HACC-Central PA’s Community College. Hold rank as tenured Associate Professor in Counseling and Human Development and Adjunct Instructor of Gerontology at HACC. Earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Masters of Education Degree in School Counseling, both from Millersville University. 1999 graduate of Leadership Lancaster program. Hold the following counseling credentials-National Board Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Distance Credentialed (Online) Counselor. Active member of Highland Presbyterian Church and community volunteer.

LaVale Reavis
J. LaVale Reavis is currently the Chief Executive Officer of The JoAnn Group, the company responsible for land development at Houston Run in Gap, PA. She is also the youngest daughter of Jonas and Anne Beiler, allowing a unique and personal perspective on the services and mission at The Family Canter of Gap. She currently resides in Gap along with her husband, Joseph "MoJo" Reavis, and her son, Cristian Beiler.

Meghan Glick
My name is Meghan Glick. I am married to Jay Glick and we are successfully raising 4 ever-growing energetic sons. I work part-time at Darla's Hair Care and Spa as a Nail Tech and also at The Family Cuboard as a server. I am involved in the Paradise PTO as secretary, I am also the Treasurer of The Pequea Valley Youth Soccer Association. We attend Gap Community Church where we are involved in Kidzport and other areas of the church. I am very passionate about the Pequea Valley community and therefore am very excited about this opportunity.

Rodney Smoker
Rodney Smoker is currently the President and Executive Director of The Family Center of Gap. Rodney grew up native to Chester and Lancaster counties and has been involved in the Gap Community specifically for the last 25 years. He lives in the Gap area with his family, and is committed to serving people as well as promoting positive change in our communities. He and his family are devoted to the function of the center and the services that provide hope and healing for the folks that seek services. It is his passion to help people become the best that they can be. He also loves to have a little fun in that process.

Stephen Wenrich
Steve is the Branch Manager for the Gap Office of Fulton Bank. He started with Fulton in 2002 after graduating from The Pennsylvania State University in December of 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science & Information Systems. He and his loving wife Becky live in Paradise, and recently adopted their beautiful daughter, Makayla Grace, who was born in February of 2010. He enjoys time with his family (including three dogs) and volunteering for different organizations such as Kinzer Fire Company and Junior Achievement. Steve and family are also active at LCBC (Lives Changed By Christ) Church in Lancaster City.
